Carrols

Carrols Corporation is primarily known as the largest Burger King franchisee in the United States. Following its acquisition by Restaurant Brands International (RBI)—the parent company of Burger King and Popeyes—in May 2024, it now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of RBI. It is currently being utilized by RBI as a vehicle to rapidly modernize and remodel Burger King locations across the U.S. before eventually re-franchising many of those units back to local operators.
