Heartwood Commons (Tulsa) is Tulsa’s first co-housing community, specifically designed for active adults aged 55+. It consists of 36 energy-efficient, privately owned homes clustered on a 4.8-acre site, featuring a 3,500 sq. ft. 'Common House,' shared gardens, a workshop, and a tool-lending library.
