Scaleybark Partners, LLC is a real estate development entity primarily associated with a large-scale transit-oriented development (TOD) project in Charlotte, North Carolina. The entity remains active but acts primarily as a holding and management company for the remaining undeveloped parcels of the original Scaleybark master plan. Much of the original site has been subdivided and sold to other developers or returned to the City of Charlotte for specialized affordable housing projects.
