SOUTHMINSTER RETIREMENT COMMUNITY

Southminster Retirement Community is a prominent non-profit "Life Plan Community" (Continuing Care Retirement Community or CCRC) located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Founded in 1987 as a collaboration between Christ Episcopal Church and Myers Park Baptist Church, it remains a single-site, non-profit community regulated by the North Carolina Department of Insurance as a CCRC. Its current strategic plan, "Driving Toward Excellence 2022-2035," focuses on continued campus modernization, employee retention, and expanded philanthropic outreach.
